Apostle Locquin has been in Ministry since November 22, 1986. She was licensed in October 1988 and ordained as Evangelist December 1990. Her Christian training was under Bishop Acie Payne, Jr (deceased) then Dean of the Northeast Houston Theological Seminary and Dr. Glen C. Leonard of the Christian Restoration Center School of The Prophets. She is a TEA (Texas Education Agency) Certified Christian Counselor. In June 1995 she was ordained as Prophetess under Christ Worldwide Outreach Ministry and she founded The Vineyard Worker For Christ Outreach Ministries.

 

Through this Prophetic Ministry she has fed many people by providing meals and grocery vouchers, assisted with purchasing medications, household utility payments as well as rent and monthly mortgage payments; provided transportation and located housing for the homeless and assisted in locating job placement. From 2003 to 2008 Apostle Locquin led and participated in numerous community outreach functions with groups such as S.O.G. Ministries, H2G Ministries and led many bible studies within the TX Dept of Corrections facilities. Her messages were broadcast on RhemaWord Broadcasting Network and Channel 17 produced by Apostle Benard Russett. Through the generosity of Miracle Christian Fellowship Church under Dr. Solomon Akharamen she has been featured on Daystar Television.

 

In June of 2010 under the leadership of Bishop Joseph Jordan and First Lady Daisy Jordan of the Jordan River Holiness Church in Houston, TX, she was ordained as Pastor. In January 2012 she birthed The Greater Works Outreach Ministries under the covering of her spiritual father Apostle Barry Burrell and Prophetess Dorri Burrell of the Living Water Christian Outreach Ministries. In November 2018 she was Affirmed as an Apostle.
